Nature is inseparable from daily life in Finland, and forests in particular have long been believed to be inhabited by spirits. This two-disc package (CD + Blu-ray) invites the listener to immerse in such a “healing forest” and gently release both mind and body. Disc 1 (CD) contains healing music performed with piano, kantele (a traditional Finnish plucked zither), and other instruments.
